2.淬火和回火需要良好韌性的模具的淬火工藝規(guī)范:
加熱溫度1020 ~ 1050℃，油冷或風冷，硬度54 ~ 58 HRC要求模具淬火工藝規(guī)范以熱硬度為主，加熱溫度1050 ~ 1080℃，油冷，硬度56 ~ 58 HRC。推薦回火溫度:530 ~ 560℃，硬度48 ~ 52 HRC回火溫度為560 ~ 580℃；硬度為47 ~ 49 HRC。
回火應進行兩次。在500℃回火時，出現回火二次硬化峰。h13鋼屬于什么鋼？回火硬度在55HRC左右，但韌性較差。所以h13屬于什么鋼，回火過程要避開500℃左右。根據模具的需要，540 ~ 620℃回火較好。淬火加熱要預熱兩次(600 ~ 650℃，800 ~ 850℃)，以減少加熱時的熱應力。
